Our mission
A resident should be able to say what is wrong on their street in under 30 seconds, and the city should be able to act on it without anyone chasing a reference number to find out what happened. Getting the report in is only half of that.
The other half is what the report becomes: a located, structured record sitting alongside everything the city already knows about that block, so one pothole reads as evidence rather than a complaint. That is what we mean by civic intelligence.
We are building it for every city in Canada, and for the campuses, business districts and property owners looking after ground a city does not.
Why Peterborough
Peterborough residents already know how to spot a problem. A cracked sidewalk near Jackson Park, a broken light on Lansdowne, a missing sign in the East City. The city wants to hear about it. What's missing is a fast way to say so, because the reporting form takes hunting to find and an email into a queue feels like it disappears.
SolvePTBO is built on the city's own open data, covering all five wards from Otonabee to Northcrest. Snap a photo, the report drafts itself with the location and details attached, and it goes straight to the right contact at City Hall. The whole thing takes under 30 seconds.
Same platform, same speed, built on the spatial intelligence we proved in Toronto and extended across Ontario, now here in Peterborough.

Living in Toronto, I kept hitting the same frustration. A pothole would go unreported for months because the form took five minutes to find and the phone line felt like shouting into a queue. I built a faster door.
I launched in Toronto first to prove the model, then extended it across Ontario. Peterborough is the next city, and the flow is the same. Snap a photo, review the drafted report, send. Your report with evidence and location goes straight to the right contact at the City in seconds.
