Every neighbourhood deserves someone who cares
SolveSAUGA lets you report a neighbourhood problem in seconds, a photo instead of a form you have to hunt for, sent straight to the people who can fix it.
Because Mississaugans love their city. 🍂
Born in Toronto. Building across Canada 🇨🇦
7 cities run on the same map today. Nobody has to relearn the system when they move, because it was never built around one city.

Our mission
A resident should be able to say what is wrong on their street in under 30 seconds, and the city should be able to act on it without anyone chasing a reference number to find out what happened. Getting the report in is only half of that.
The other half is what the report becomes: a located, structured record sitting alongside everything the city already knows about that block, so one pothole reads as evidence rather than a complaint. That is what we mean by civic intelligence.
We are building it for every city in Canada, and for the campuses, business districts and property owners looking after ground a city does not.
Why Mississauga
Mississauga residents report neighbourhood issues by emailing public.info@mississauga.ca or calling the city. The process works but lives in inboxes and phone queues, disconnected from how people actually move through a busy city.
We built SolveSAUGA to change that. It gives every Mississauga resident a way to report a neighbourhood issue in under 30 seconds: snap a photo, let AI draft the details, and your report goes straight to the right city contact and your ward councillor.
Same platform. Same speed. Built on the spatial intelligence we proved in Toronto, extended to Mississauga in 2026.
Our team
When you send a message through this site, one of us reads it. There is no support queue and no ticket number.
From the Founder
Living in Toronto, I kept hitting the same frustration. I'd drive over a pothole and think: why isn't there a way to tell the city about this in a few seconds? The existing process, a phone call or an email buried in a queue, felt disconnected from how people actually live and move through a busy city.
I launched in Toronto first to prove the model. Mississauga is the next step. Same simple flow: snap a photo, review the AI-drafted report, send. Your detailed report with evidence and location goes straight to the right city contact and your councillor in seconds.
That obsession with simplicity drives everything we build. Civic engagement should be effortless, not a chore.
This is an open letter from me to you.
