Sullivan Street in Spadina-Fort York is a little better today because somebody said something and the city finished the work. That is how this is supposed to work.

This street's story: 14 city catch basins and 9 manholes serve this block. A blocked catch basin is the usual reason a curb floods like this.

The case we sent

Report details · AI-written, reviewed by the reporter

A large rectangular depression in the street pavement at 69 Sullivan Street is filled with stagnant water and debris, with crumbling asphalt around its edges, indicating a blocked or failed catch basin or storm drain. The standing water creates a slip hazard and poses a risk to pedestrians and vehicles.

Ref number 09583093 shows no result from the city! It has been 1 month with no feedback from report's owner nor the city. We decided to close it. If it's not fixed a new report would a better solution. -Admin
