This street's story: Roads are rebuilt on a long schedule and patched in between, and the patching is what holds a street together until its turn.

The case we sent

Report details · AI-written, reviewed by the reporter

Missing lane markings on the eastbound Gardiner Expressway are creating a hazard, with drivers unintentionally merging into adjacent lanes due to inability to distinguish lane boundaries. The reporter has witnessed multiple near-collisions in this area and has dashcam footage documenting the issue. Lane lines need to be repainted to restore safe visibility.

Description · in the reporter's words

There is no clear lane division going east on the gardiner. I almost got into a collision, i was in the far right lane and this BMW in the left lane next to me almost hit me because they ended up accidentally merging into my lane. I've witnessed multiple near collisions in this same area. The lines need to be repainted. I have dashcam footage if needed.
