Report Details

AI-generated, reviewed by reporter

A large pool of standing, murky water approximately 3–4 feet in diameter is pooled on the street curb at 18 Caroline Avenue with a dead fish visible, indicating a blocked storm drain or malfunctioning catch basin. The stagnant water creates a public health hazard and slip/fall risk, with deteriorated asphalt and debris surrounding the pool.

Not a dead fish but a blocked sewer grate. Not sure if it’s supposed to be opened yet as there was construction on eastern avenue just east of here recently
