Standing water several inches deep is pooled across the sidewalk at this location, creating a tripping hazard and accessibility barrier for pedestrians. The pooling is chronic and appears to indicate a drainage system failure or blockage, likely related to the nearby catch basins and sewer infrastructure. The wet conditions also create a slip hazard.

I hope the city react to this soon. Based on the city assets data, there are 10 catch basins and 10 manholes within 200m radius. It seems this one could be related to sidewalk structure caved-in. No 100% sure.
