About Alvin Tedjo
Alvin lives in the Clarkson area with his wife Rebecca and their three children. Serving his first term on Council, Alvin is working to bring better service, modern leadership, and a green future for the city. He has extensive experience in government and the community, having worked to expand Sheridan College in Mississauga, on local residents' associations, the Rainbow Sauga Alliance, and the Ontario Coalition for Better Child Care. He has spent his career as a champion for families, the environment, and education working at Toronto Metropolitan University, Sheridan College, and the Government of Ontario. Alvin has a Master's Degree in Digital Media Design from Harvard University, as well as a graduate certificate in Learning Design and Technology. He completed his undergraduate studies at Queen's University in Political Science, along with an International Studies Certificate. Alvin is also part of the Board of Directors of the Clarkson Village BIA.
