This street's story: 6 city catch basins and 1 manhole serve this block. Water that does not drain works into a seam in the road, and that is how a crack becomes a pothole.

This where all started with me. Early Jan I was driving I couldn't avoid it and hit badly. Thank god the car is ok, but it was a frustrating because it has been there for months. This where I started working on SolveTO. This road is full dangerous potholes and road damage.
